The people behind the bull farm

Two guides reading a paper map on a hillside
Our story

Started with one bull, still raising cattle

Sweetcobblestone began with a single bull, a small plot of pasture and one rule for honest livestock farming: know every animal in the cattle barn by name before it ever leaves the gate. That rule has never changed.

The herd is bigger now and the barns have multiplied, but nothing else changed. We still test every batch of cattle feed on a handful of calves before it goes into regular rotation, and every bull entering our bull breeding program spends a full season on pasture before we trust him with the herd.

  • Every bull raised by us first
  • Farmhands trained in care for farm animals
  • Herd size capped, always

How it works

Livestock Farming on Open Pasture

Raised first, sold second

A bull joins the breeding program only after a full season on pasture, steady weight gain on our cattle feed, and a clean health check in the cattle barn.

Cattle Barn Life

Forty head in our largest pasture, twelve in the calving barn at any one time. Past that, you stop knowing each animal by name, and that is the one thing we refuse to lose with our farm animals on this bull farm.

A Bull Farm Life

If a day is long and steep we say so. Nobody enjoys a trip harder than the page promised.
